The caravan was clean and well equipped. The bed was surprisingly comfortable
Check-in was misleading, online it said check-in is at 4 pm. when we arrived, we were told check-in was between 4pm, 6pm and that our caravan wasn't ready, very frustrating AS we had travelled for 3 hours with 2 small children. When trying to find the location of the caravan, there are NO signs to follow, and you CAN easily get lost.
